The road to your driveway

Who packs and ships

When you press the blue button and buy, the order is placed with our partner store. They pack the box, choose the carrier and ship it to your address.

When it arrives

The delivery date is shown on the product listing before you pay and again on your order page after. A camera marked as low in stock may take a little longer to leave the warehouse.

Following the box

Your tracking number lives on the order page of the store you bought from. If the parcel stalls, contact them from that page — they can reach the carrier directly.

Opening it

Check the contents against the list in the manual: camera, monitor, mount, power leads and, on the R50, the solar panel. Charge or connect before your first drive.
